 If you are running Microsoft Windows XP Home or Microsoft Windows XP Pro, you are that much closer to getting the latest version of Help and Support from HP which will help you answer questions about your pc and assist with solving any issues you may have with your computer.

Because the Help and Support program is only available for specific products**, please click the download button to check if you are eligible to download the latest version.

**This version of Help and Support by HP is not supported on systems running Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows Me or Microsoft Windows 2000. If you are running Windows 2000, an icon to the HP Instant Support Professional Edition website will be installed on your Desktop.

Product Information - Easily retrieve specific information about the hardware and software installed on your computer using the "My HP Computer" section. You may also view the online product information for your computer if there is a connection to the internet present.

Update Software & Drivers Update Software & Drivers - In this section HP helps guide you thru the recommended steps to check for hardware and software updates specific to your system and installed HP products. Software and Driver downloads are also available here when a connection to the internet is present.
Troubleshoot a Problem Troubleshoot a Problem - Here you will find a 30 point automated system check which evaluates your PC for known hardware/ software issues specific to your system. You can easily retrieve HP knowledge specific to your HP computer using the HP Customer Solution Knowledge Base when an internet connection is available.
Contact a Support Specialist Contact a Support Specialist - Communicate on-line with a HP support Specialist to instantly receive a response to your question or issue using the "Chat with a HP Expert". Phone support numbers are also available and updated regularly.
